The Team

Amien Bohwaish

Amien is a highly experienced construction professional with over a decade in the UK property and infrastructure sector. He has successfully delivered a variety of residential and mixed-use developments, managing projects from early design through build and handover. Holding a Master’s degree in Project Management for Construction and recognised as a Chartered Member of the CIOB (MCIOB), Amien brings strategic leadership, technical depth and a detail-oriented mindset to every scheme. He leads on project strategy, design coordination and delivery, ensuring each BB Airspace development meets the highest standards of quality, efficiency and value.

Mohamed Mnili

Mohamed is an accomplished commercial project manager with extensive experience across London and the South East. He has held senior roles with respected development and contracting firms, overseeing the commercial and procurement management of residential and mixed-use projects. He brings an analytical yet pragmatic approach — ensuring that every BB Airspace scheme is financially robust and commercially viable from day one. His expertise spans cost planning, tendering, contract negotiation and value engineering, combining disciplined financial control with an appreciation for design quality and long-term building performance. At BB Airspace, Mohamed leads on the financial, commercial and contractual delivery of projects, ensuring transparency, value and shared success across all partnerships.
