For freeholders and managing companies seeking a straightforward route with faster payment, we can purchase the airspace outright once planning is granted.

BB Airspace covers all design, survey and planning costs upfront. When consent is secured, we complete the purchase, pay the agreed premium, and carry out any building upgrades detailed in the agreement.

This option offers a simple, no-cost way to unlock capital quickly, while leaving you with a renewed building and a stronger long-term asset.
2. Joint Venture Partnership
For those open to a longer-term partnership, we offer a transparent joint-venture structure. Under this route, BB Airspace funds and manages the entire process - from feasibility and planning through to construction and sale - while you share in the profits once the new homes are sold.
Although it takes longer to realise, the JV route can maximise your overall return. It is a collaborative approach that rewards patience and alignment, creating long-term value for everyone involved.
